Updated SEC Football Standings as of October 31

Yahoo Sports published an updated look at the 2026 Southeastern Conference football standings dated October 31, offering a snapshot of where teams sit at this point in the season.

For Tennessee, the update lands during an open date, with the Volunteers having no game today. Coverage accompanying the standings has focused on Tennessee's stretch run and what remains on the Volunteers' schedule from here.

Standings at this stage help frame the closing weeks of the conference race, as teams turn from the bye week toward the final portion of the schedule. Tennessee's position will be shaped by how it handles that stretch run once play resumes.
