ETSU Aims to Keep Its Offense Balanced in Matchup With Tennessee Tech

ETSU heads into its game against Tennessee Tech looking to keep a balanced approach on offense, according to WCYB. That balance is the emphasis in the report, and carrying it into this matchup is the focus as ETSU prepares for Tennessee Tech.

A balanced attack, at its simplest, means not leaning too heavily on either the run or the pass, and keeping a defense from settling in against one tendency. For ETSU, continuing that approach against Tennessee Tech would mean spreading the work around and trying to keep the offense unpredictable over the course of the game.

The matchup is also an in-state one, with two Tennessee programs meeting on the field. How well ETSU sustains that balance against Tennessee Tech will go a long way toward shaping the outcome.
