Tennessee adds no new names to availability report before South Carolina game

Tennessee listed no new players on the SEC Availability Report on Wednesday ahead of Saturday's game at South Carolina, a sign the Volunteers came through the Alabama win in comparatively good health. The report has gotten smaller over the last couple of weeks, and for the first time this season it features no one whose status is unclear at this point in the week.

Seven Tennessee players remain out, all with season-ending injuries. The list is offensive lineman Wendell Moe Jr., safety Dylan Lewis, cornerback Jadais Richard, linebacker Jaedon Harmon, tight end Ethan Davis, safety Edrees Farooq and wide receiver Joakim Dodson. Moe became the latest to be lost for the season after a lower-body injury against Texas.

Those absences stretch back across the season. Dodson hurt a knee in the second half of the season-opening win over Furman, Davis suffered an ACL injury at Georgia Tech on September 12, and Lewis was injured in the win over Kennesaw State on September 19. Farooq, Harmon and Richard were out before the season began, hurt in preseason camp, in the first week of preseason, and while training on his own in July, respectively.

No. 11 Tennessee, at 6-1 overall and 3-1 in the SEC, will practice Thursday and Friday before traveling to Columbia on Friday afternoon. Saturday's game against South Carolina, which is 3-3 and 1-3 in the league, kicks off at 3:30 p.m. Eastern on ESPN and will be the Volunteers' eighth straight game.
