Bob Stoops weighs in with a prediction for Tennessee against South Carolina

Former Oklahoma head coach Bob Stoops has offered his view on how the matchup between Tennessee and South Carolina will play out, sharing a prediction for the game in coverage from A to Z Sports.

Stoops was quoted reacting strongly to something about the matchup, saying it surprised him a great deal. His comments add a prominent national voice to the conversation around the Volunteers as they prepare to face the Gamecocks.

For Tennessee, outside predictions like this one are part of the backdrop to a key conference test against South Carolina. Stoops, who built his reputation during a long tenure at Oklahoma, is weighing in here as an observer rather than a participant, and his pick will be tested when the two teams meet on the field.
