Vols Commit David Gabriel Georges Impresses With Heupel Watching

David Gabriel Georges, who is committed to Tennessee, delivered a standout performance with head coach Josh Heupel in attendance. The showing put one of the Volunteers' commitments in the spotlight directly in front of the program's head coach.

For Tennessee, moments like that carry weight in the recruiting cycle. A commitment is only the start of the relationship, and a strong performance while Heupel is watching offers a firsthand look at how a future Volunteer is developing before he arrives in Knoxville.

It also reinforces the connection between Georges and the staff. Continued attention from the head coach signals that the commitment remains a priority for Tennessee as the program builds toward its next signing class.
