Tennessee aims to keep perfect road record intact at South Carolina

Tennessee heads to South Carolina looking to stay perfect on the road this season. The Volunteers' upcoming trip to face the Gamecocks puts an unbeaten road mark on the line in a conference matchup, and a regular 3-2-1 breakdown format was used to preview the key points around the game.

Protecting a perfect road record matters in the SEC, where away games against conference opponents are among the most difficult tests on the schedule. For Tennessee, a win at South Carolina would preserve that record and keep momentum from its play away from home this season.

The Gamecocks, at home, present the next obstacle to that run. Tennessee's preparation this week is centered on extending its road success, while South Carolina has the chance to be the first team to beat the Vols on the road.
