Tennessee Offensive Line Faces Key Test With George MacIntyre Against South Carolina

A Sports Illustrated look at Tennessee's upcoming matchup with South Carolina puts the focus squarely on the Volunteers' offensive line and what it needs to do for George MacIntyre.

The premise is straightforward: for Tennessee's offense to function against South Carolina, the line up front has to clear the way for MacIntyre. That responsibility makes the play in the trenches a central storyline heading into the game.

For Tennessee, that puts the spotlight on the offensive front as a deciding factor. How well that group handles South Carolina will shape what MacIntyre is able to do and how the offense as a whole performs.
