Two Tennessee Players Win SEC Weekly Honors for Their Play Against Alabama

A pair of Tennessee players have been honored by the SEC for what they did against Alabama. Rocky Top Insider reports that two Volunteers won the conference's weekly honors for their performances in the rivalry game.

The awards recognize individual performances from each weekend's games, and Tennessee's win over the Crimson Tide was always likely to put Volunteers in the frame. Having two players honored for the same game speaks to how many big performances the Vols produced when it mattered most.
