Heupel declines to name Tennessee's starting quarterback for the Kentucky game

Tennessee's starting quarterback for the Kentucky game remains undecided in public, with head coach Josh Heupel declining to identify his QB1 when asked about the position.

The lack of an announcement leaves the question open heading into the matchup with Kentucky. Heupel offered no confirmation in the remarks covered by On3, so Tennessee's plans at the most important position on the field stay unclear for now.

For Tennessee, the eventual choice will shape how the offense opens against Kentucky, but based on what has been made public so far, the answer will have to wait.
